At On The Level Foundation & Roofing we believe in honest and professional work and our team reflects those values.
On The Level Foundation & Roofing was founded in 1996
Rodney Sanchez founded the company that is now known as, On The Level Foundation & Roofing, LLC in 1996. Using the leadership skills and techniques that his father passed down to him he has made the business into what it is today. When the company started it was just in the foundation repair industry but over time, has expanded into multiple areas of construction. Throughout the years the team at On The Level has grown with the construction industry learning and adapting to new methods and technology. After several years of foundation and roof repair we opened our sister company, Nu Drain Plumbing Services to expand our work into the plumbing industry. Now, Rodney has three amazing children, 2 who work alongside him in the company and the oldest who is starting her career in San Antonio, TX. Today, the company is a 3rd generation company that has grown into the plumbing, remodeling, foundation and roofing industry.

However, Rodney and his team took the time to assess the damages, came up with a project plan and repair the wall within an incredible three days. When the job was completed Rodney noticed that the color of the new retaining wall did not match the rest of the condominium.
